Marketing Associate

A local real estate company located in Pensacola is in need of a full-time Marketing Associate to join their team.  Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!

*Printing marketing pieces for mail or direct handout
*Creating videos – office activity, area lifestyle & agent features
*Taking photography as needed for social media or other streams of content
*Training agents on how to use social media and marketing tools
*Using Facebook pages & groups, Instagram, and Twitter
*Managing and add online content blogs

You Are:

*Capable of strategizing for effective messaging, generation of supportive assets (graphics, engaging video, attractive print pieces and photography), and implementation across multiple platforms.
*Able to travel will be expected as needed to various office locations for events or agent interviews, etc. Current locations include Pensacola, Perdido Key, Daphne, Mobile.
*Comfortable with social media applications

You Have:

*High school diploma or equivalent
*Marketing and administrative experience
*Great communication- both written and verbal
*Experience with social media
*Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred but not necessarily required) 

Compensation and Schedule:

 
*This position is full-time and pays $15. 87-$16. 83/hour (Depending on experience) 
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm (Some evening and weekend special events as needed)

Assignment Type:

*This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 600 hours. Once the 600 hours is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
