Melanie Rhodes, with over 20 years of PEO operations and analytics experience, has been a vital part of the Landrum HR Solutions team since July of 2000. She has held several key positions throughout her tenure, including Finance Manager, Director of Client Care, and Director of Operations. Melanie’s extensive expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to our clients’ success, making her an indispensable leader within the organization.
