Becki Leonard brings more than 20 years of human resources experience and a rare ability to translate complex HR strategy into decisions leaders can act on with confidence. Her career spans roles as an internal HR Director, independent consultant, and long-term HR business partner. Today, she leads employee relations, training, and compliance services for clients across 49 states.

A teacher at heart, Becki is known for helping business leaders understand not just what to do, but why it works. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
